This first picture is from a series of cloud photos taken as potential alternative background material for pictures with a bland sky and in need of a little interest.
When I transferred the image to the computer I discovered that it included something I had not noticed with the naked eye!

The forecast predicted showers. The sky suggests the forecasters were right!
The lighthouse pictured is La Corbière, situated at the south west tip of the Isle of Jersey. The name means ‘a place where crows gather’, but the crows have long since been displaced by seagulls.
