Homage to the humble weed (4)

When the colour is removed and particular attention is given to shape, outlines and markings the images could sometimes, perhaps, be interpreted as initial designs intended for other purposes.

Not only flowers
Of course, flowers attract a great deal of attention in the garden, but there is interest elsewhere too.
Ewe and Lamb?
Within the contorted tangled of roots on this rotting tree stump there is (for me!) a natural sculpture of a lamb and a ewe’s head! Â Perhaps you can see it too.

Ribbons on the rocks
Not really  ribbons.  Not really rocks.  The image is derived from a single thread of cotton set against the texture of a pebble.
