Frinton-on-Sea: sand, sea and sky in August

View from the Tate

The Tate in the title refers to the Tate Gallery at St Ives.  The picture was taken from a window in the restaurant on the top floor.  I was attracted by the pattern of  activity on the beach below and wondered what L S Lowry might have made of the scene!

The lady from the sea

A quiet, uninterrupted paddle and a bare-footed walk across the warm sand in bright sunshine  –  how glorious life is!
