I watched this cloud formation for several minutes – from its early beginnings, to its maturity and, ultimately, to its disintegration and evaporation. The attraction lay in its ambiguity; its organic transformations; the uncertainty about what new shapes would evolve; the changing textures and mysterious, fantasy menagerie. And I was left reflecting on the parallels with my own life.
