Interesting effect! It reminds me of Escher’s ‘Sky and Water I’ … 🙂
I could only vaguely recall this particular work so I looked it up – and, as a consequence, have enjoyed the past hour with Escher! You’ll not be surprised when I say that his woodcut style and lithographs appeal to me. Oh that I had his artistic vision and craftsmanship!! Thanks Noeline.
He’s fantastic isn’t he?! One of my favourite artists and soooo clever!
