I really like the first and third images – I wonder how they’d work side by side as a mirrored reflection, or maybe in a quartet? I also like the more subdued fourth version, the colours working particularly well.
The beauty of the stipa is that it lends itself to so many interpretations and moods – hence the fact that I use the term ‘sketchbook’. I never tire of playing, and I find my preference changes almost be the hour.
