Very synchronized! 🙂 I have the same birds on my feeder, they are not afraid at all.. And very sweet.
They’re a joy to watch and seem to have an insatiable appetite.
I think the American version of these is our Chickadees – we have tow kinds coming to our feeder – these are so pretty! What are they eating though? Peanuts? Filberts?
These are known in the UK as Tits, and there are several members of the Tit family. By far the most common are the Blue Tit and the Great Tit. They are similar in appearance but the Great Tit has a black bar down the breast and a black cap. The Blue Tit is smaller and has a plain yellow breast and a blue cap. Yes, they are enjoying – have almost enjoyed! – peanuts.
Thanks! I’m pretty sure the Tits are quite similar to our Chickadees, but the favored food for Chickadees is sunflower seeds.
