Overnight snow created a familiar wintry landscape. With a mild degree of shame I confess that the pictures below were taken without setting a foot outside!
Seen through the window

All wonderful! No shame!
Thanks Elena. It was only a mild degree and soon evaporated!!
No, no shame – and what wonderful views, both the near and the far.
Thanks Lynn. I’ve recovered from my mild bout of shame!!
The fifth and sixth images are lovely, particularly the depth of the fifth – and how lucky to see that from your window!
Thanks Noeline. Yes, we’re fortunate indeed in our location – at the edge of a small village in a typically English rural setting.
A very sensible decision by the look of the weather (bring back ‘global warming’ – sorry climate change) is all I can say……
David.
It’s now two days later and we’ve had the climate change. Following persistent rain we’ve returned to sodden ground and flooded fields!
I can recomend going outside, feels fresh, especially with snow.
Love the last picture!!
Thanks Bente. I too can recommend going outside – for others!!
